Good, nice and solid glasses, comfortable to wear, also over normal or sun glasses but best just on the head
weight and picture is perfect, the only weakness I saw is the angle, it's ok for vertical routes but for the overhanging routes can be better. Some climbers solved it adding a nosepad.
I give them to other climbers in the cave to try them and they liked them as well (One of them was also Sachi Amma) and they all liked them.
The box is great and easy to put on harness and take them out when you need them.
Their strongness are price and solid construction.
The glasses are really practical and works fine. This is really useful in that long climbing journeys when you and your friends are trying hard routes that takes time to learn all the movements.
Climbing gear is expensive but you won't save money when your safety, hanging lots of meters from ground, is on play.
But belay glasses is different, I only need two clear prismas and a robust frame. And LePirate has a nice clear view, if clean, ;-).
Other glasses look nice, but also weak, LePirate frame is really difficult to bend, and if you do it come back to their original position. Attending to a sport where gear are really mistreated, that a real advantage to choose this glasses.
I decided to collaborate in marketing for this glasses because I found that other options in market were really expensive and LePirate fill my expectations.
I cannot be fully partial, but I'm being using them since end 2014 and I'm very happy with them. They are simple, solid, and cheap.
I allways carry them in multipich climbing, what I really enjoy, that's the reason of adding a carabiner in the case that wasn't included at first.
Glasses are used by more climbers each day, that's logical because they are really a nice invention for this sport. Without them you have to choose between keep looking all time to your partner and have neck pain or keep your neck looking at the ground.
That's the reason why this gadget is used by most of skilled climbers in Europe, and North America.
